ABOUT ME
MY STORYI'm Motunrayo, an independent consultant working at the intersection of strategy and social impact. With an extensive background in global development, my work focuses on helping organisations and institutions navigate complex social challenges with integrity, nuance and accountability.
I have advised and worked alongside philanthropic organisations, NGOs and mission-driven institutions bringing a deep understanding of how resources shape impact in practice. Through my work, I collaborate with leaders and organisations to create sustainable and inclusive solutions that contribute towards long-term models of social impact.
In addition to consulting, I am the founder of THE BRITICO, a community platform exploring themes central to the Black diaspora and I serve as Board Co-Chair of Results UK, a global advocacy organisation focused on issues such as education and global health. Prior to this, I served as an Advisory Board Member of The Equity Index, co-founded Diasporic Development and have worked at organisations such as Malala Fund and the Charities Aid Foundation.
I'm excited to work with organisations and institutions across industries and sectors that are focused on purpose-driven and transformative change.
